Xiaomi is encouraged into the drone race

Among the latest plans of the Chinese company Xiaomi, that is clearly multifaceted, is making a drone, but not one either. And, if the rumors end up being confirmed, these flying machines don't only brag about some pretty innovative features that would be presented this month.

Now the Xiaomi Company aims to make a cuadricopter, and into the territory of an increasingly popular addiction. The best is that it's not the first time that "Xiaomi" and "drone" are heard in the same sentence, because they have come to filter up the patents of different systems that allow the control of the flying machine with the My Band, or at least something that is very similar.

So far, the Xiaomi Company had maintained a great atmosphere of secrecy regarding the matter, without affirming or denying the existence of such an apparatus.
It has been the Xiaomi Company CEO, Lei Jun, who has confirmed that the rumor of a "Xiaomi My Drone" is real, and that the presentation will be in this month of May. All we know for now is that the manufacturing process is handling another company, and that the cuadricopter own an integrated camera. In addition, the Xiaomi Company might be working on an app for the new bracelet that allows us to control the drone from the wrist.

The drone in question will have a camera, but it is not known whether it will be coupled externally or internally. In addition, and according to the leaks, the price will be around $100, which would make sense knowing the great value products of the Chinese firm.
At the moment, it seems that the Xiaomi Company will handle the marketing section and put up for sale, while the second company, whose name is unknown, has taken on its shoulders the task of making the drone.

And of course, as usual in the products of the Chinese brand, the price is one of the strengths of the product, but in this case everything seems to point to the Xiaomi Company's drone will be launched with a very affordable price, what makes us believe that it should be a considerable apparatus like its features, as drones for amateur with which usually the people start, of such dimensions as the Syma X5, usually priced between 50 and 80 €.

Another factor that we will have to reveal is the camera that includes (and may be optional), and the resolution that offers us in our recordings.

This is the year of the Xiaomi Company may sound a bit cliché, because almost of all the telephone companies are covering many of the markets, so you could bet that this may be the predecessor to its other rivals interested in this growing market, taking to be very creative to compete in the price/value to promote the flying object of the Chinese company.
